Know some facilities aren't providing increases this year.
Our's is giving nurses 0.5% for a satisfactory eval.
Seems ridiculously low.
What percentages are you folks seeing?

"Our's is giving nurses 0.5% for a satisfactory eval."
Do you mean to say "5%", or as written: 1/2 of one percent? (0.5% = 0.005).
One half of 1% would be a 15 cent/hr raise on a $30/hr. salary. What will you do with all that extra money? :)
It's roughly $280/yr based on a 36 hr work week. So, it's at least something.

You got it right, Gutter.
Not 5%... but 0.5% as written.
As W. C Fields would say, "oh yes, a mere pittance!"

My annual pay raise was 1.5%, but I negotiated my way up to an 8% raise. It probably helped that I'm only a few years into nursing and not highly paid to start out with.
And if you did a good job for the whole year, MMC, you'd now receive a few pennies more.
Generally across all businesses, the average increase is about 3%.
I think if you exceed standards, it is about 3%, hoping for that this year. I work weekends so I get a bit more, but geesh.

Ummmm in 2 years...never got a raise or a review. We got a new DON and two months later I got the biggest raise out of any of my coworkers.

I think for our scores being so high we got like 2% + a cost of living raise
comes out to like 2.6% total or something

I haven't seen a raise or had an evaluation in 3 years.
That's so ridiculous... and unprofessional!
Sorry your management just doesn't care. Is the pay exceptional?

Fantastic, P!
How'd you do it?
