Know some facilities aren't providing increases this year.
Our's is giving nurses 0.5% for a satisfactory eval.
Seems ridiculously low.
What percentages are you folks seeing?

Our across the board annual raise goes into effect today: 1.5%.
"Oh aren't they SO generous," some cynical coworkers say.
However, we also get step raises based on hours worked. In three years my pay has increased 17% since I started so Im not complaining.

We're getting 5% per year for four years.

I haven't had a raise in 4 years. Not even cost of living. Add to that fact that I wouldn't from night shift to day shift and lost that differential and I'm feeling it.

When I worked in the hospital, raised were cut to 0-2% when the economy tanked in '08 and stayed that way until I left in '12. At my current job, I got 4% last year and 9% this year. Life is good.

4% january, 2% in july and that's every year through 2017.....Even though I'm not huge on union, I'm grateful for that.
