Anyone taking A&P I or II during the summer? I attend a university in Maryland but live in New York so taking a summer class here would be costly with housing so my first plan was to just take A&P I at another university but they told me if I take the first one at another university, I need to take the second one there which makes sense. It wasn't my plan but you gotta do what you gotta do. Anyone else taking this class during the summer?

I'm in an 8 week class right now too, and am half way through. I have my lab test on the skeletal system today too! I have a high B in the class right now, I'm hoping to pull off an A, but if not, I will be happy with a B. Good luck everyone :)!

2 more days??? wow i still got till weds day for the final and lab..may God help me

Yes I'm taking the final and last lab practical today because I'm leaving on a cruise to Alaska in the morning. Then start back up w/ Summer 2 when I get back. So glad A&P 1 is over!!! It was killer!!!

I just finished my A&P I summer session (4 weeks) and got an A! It was literally all I did for 4 weeks, and it was greuling. Tons of memorization. It's the first college class I've taken in YEARS and YEARS. and even those that I took before I didn't take seriously. I had to learn to study, basically. I am not convinced that you can do anything you put your mind to, blah blah blah. I wish I had signed up for the second summer term for A&PII and just gotten it out of the way. Accelerated courses all the way!

OH YEAH! Get Barron's EZ anatomy, it's basically a cliff's notes version of the textbook and gives you the big picture before attempting to absorb all of those annoying details. Saved me for sure.

A&PI was a struggle. My mom went into the hospital on 1/14/13 ( first day class ) and passed away on 1/16/13. We had to make all the arrangements and bury her a few days after that. Needless to say, A&P was the last thing on my mind during that time. I was behind and seriously considered withdrawing. The only reason I did not is because I knew my mom would not want me to do that. I struggled all the way through the class. I spent hours each day it seemed like studying and completing assignments. I kept telling myself I will be elated to pull a "C" in the class.... Long story short, I scored an "A" in both lecture and lab. I know my mom was pushing me the whole way.

Made a 95 on my final today...I'm done..Whoo Hoo...headed for Alaska in the morning before I start Summer 2 session next week. It's was torture but so happy that I took it in the summer. We covered 15 chapters in 4 weeks.

Still waiting for my final grades in AP I; my professor went on vacation right after submitting grades and the college still hasn't posted them. I am sure I received an A, but it is hell waiting.

Monday I started the new term: 5 weeks of AP II, math, and a student orientation class. AP II is much more in depth than my I class, so I will be studying a lot more (especially with only 4 highest exam grades making up the entirety of the class grade).

Took final today and final graded posted. I am very thankful and praising God for my B. this was a very hard class and I am beyond grateful to have received a B in this intense 5 week class!!!

I start A&P2 on monday too but this next few days am using it to get money lol..3 days live-in till sunday lol

I have 2 and a half weeks left of A&P 2 and I am so overwhelmed that I feel like crying at times. I have an exam on respiratory, digestive, and nutrition/metabolism next week, and my professor hasn't even finished digestive yet. We pretty much have to learn the unlectured material on our own to be able to know it in time for the exam the following day. Just one of these systems is SO involved on its own, it's so daunting. I think it's because this is coupled with lecture quizzes, huge lab report, and an American lit research project all being due at the same time, plus trying to learn the mountains of histology and models for the lab final. I am beyond exhausted, can't wait for the break!

Finally i got my A, although it is 91%..but in my scholl A is A there is nothing like A- or A+..am so happy right now..onto the ext one A&P 2 next week

Finally they posted summer grades! I already knew but now its official!

I got an "A" in my 4 week A & P class! A&P 2 here I come!
