Anyone taking A&P I or II during the summer? I attend a university in Maryland but live in New York so taking a summer class here would be costly with housing so my first plan was to just take A&P I at another university but they told me if I take the first one at another university, I need to take the second one there which makes sense. It wasn't my plan but you gotta do what you gotta do. Anyone else taking this class during the summer?

Failed my 1st exam of A&P II. In order to eek out a C I have to get 78% or higher no way of earning a B unless I get 100% on everything from this point. So mad at myself ! Earned a solid B in A&P I. I love the class and understand the material, just a horrible test taker. All credit for class is from test scores alone. I'll drop the class if I don't do well enough on the next test, I don't want my GPA to drop below 3.0 ugh!

PTL! There was an error with scoring the tests; it was discovered a long 48 hours after taking the test. What a relief - I actually passed the test ! I felt like I did well so was shocked to fail. Anyway next test coming up nerves are high :0)

I'm in my 3rd week of a 6 week A&P II course. I have never been so excited for a class. My professor lectures like he's playing a well reheorificed concerto piece. I got so very lucky. Me and my study buddy have the highest grades in the class and I am just stoked. That's all. Nothing important to contribute. How are you guys doing?

it took me 4 times to get through a&p1...i got through a&p23 just once...a lot of memorization...but that is about the worst of it

Congrats Chelsea! Your teacher sounds amazing! My teacher was a really amazing lecturer, super charming and hilarious, with loads of anecdotes about the clinical implications of what we were learning, as he was an MD. Due to that, he had extremely high expectations of us though. Really lit a fire under you and drove you to sink or swim basically. There was a huge disconnect between the tests and the lecture, which made the class very challenging. No joke, there were some things on the tests that I couldn't even find in the textbook! Between that, the huge amount of info we had to know for lab practicals, and the literature class I was taking simultaneously made for an extremely stressful 7 weeks!

Just found out I made A's in everything though, so hurray! Off to have some margaritas! Good luck Chelsea!!

So I've been totally studying for A&P II wrong! I was wondering why I kept getting B's on all my tests! This teacher tests strictly from the book! My A&PI teacher you could just study the powerpoints and get A's on everything. I finally read the chapter twice and made an A on this last test! I am so determined to get an A in this class! I've got 4 more tests! I can do it!!

Yea, I found that in a&p 2 you have to really know the material and be able to explain it.

I'm getting an A! Not official yet but I'd have to seriously bomb my final today to get a B. I am soo proud of myself! This summer went by so fast and I am extremely grateful to have had this opportunity! But never again!! LOL
