Allheart orders?

I ordered some items off of the allheart website back on feb 12 and still havent received them. i was just wondering how long it normally takes for you guys to get your stuff back from them. ive already emailed them to inquire about the slow delivery. thanks everyone

There are many post on here about this. I placed an order around Oct and received it in Dec. They claimed that they posted they were moving and inventory would not be shipped durring that time. However, I had an email they sent me confirming my order and said to expect it within 2-3wks. They did refund all shipping cost and gave me a 10% coupon on my next order.

I would run far away from allheart.com!! It took me over a month to get my order back in Oct.

They told me the same thing in Oct., that they were moving to a different wherehouse and that's what caused the delay. But if you're posting about problems now, in March, I see they haven't gotten any better!

I don't think their customer service is the best. I placed an order and didn't receive confirmation until I e-mailed them to ask what's up. They were out of stock and had to delay the delivery twice. I eventually received my order but wasn't happy with having to find out myself where my stuff was. It's their job to give order confirmation and keep their customers up to date on product deliveries.

Had nothing but bad experience with them. Wouldn't order from them again. Do a search and you'll see all kinds of comments.

My item was supposedly on back order forever. I cancelled it, but they said it was too late and it had already shipped. Two weeks later I received my order...and SUPRISE...my order wasn't actually processed until a week after!

allheart has the worst customer service on the planet (and this is an establishment with actual CUSTOMERS!)

I will never buy from them again.

I was so frustrated with waiting for my order that I started looking at the information I needed, or the actions I needed to take, before escalating it to our local consumer reporter, Michael Finney. He is on KGO radio (http://www.kgo.com --then, pick radio). Following his reqiurements before escalating to him, I had the customer service rep get me in contact with his supervisor. Once I got to the supervisor, I had my order in relatively short order. But I will NEVER buy from them again if I can avoid it.

Sounds like I'm the only one but I have placed multiple orders with Allheart and have had no problems whatsoever with them. It does take longer for personalized items (of course) but then it's that way for anything that has to be engraved or embroidered.

I need to order a stethascope - who do you recommend? I have looked at allheart's web site and their prices seem fair, but I am not going to order if it takes 12 weeks!

I bought my daughter's stethoscope from Redding Medical on line. The price was good and delivery was quick.
