Active duty navy fy 2016

Hey guys/gals I'm just wondering if their is anyone applying for this upcoming fy 2016 for direct commission into the navy. I guess I should have mentioned that I was referring to the nurse corps.

Yea, I have some news. Recruiter texted me at the beginning of the week and said we would tentatively have an answer this friday. No promises were made, byt it is something!

I emailed my recruiter yesterday afternoon with no word back as of yet. Hopefully we hear soon like you said j.jones. Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us. Can't wait to hear!!!!!

My fingers are also crossed for the both of us. If selected, I plan to attend ODS Feb 22nd.

Also, I have an interesting story to share with you at ODS on what it took to get me to this point.

I would love to hear. You may have to PM me as I would not go to ODS until later as I have 2 small children and husband to relocate first!!! Unless they tell me I have to go earlier!!! Where would you want to be stationed???

San diego would be my first choice. I turn 42 on 4/1 and have to finish ODS by my b-day.

My recruiter up here in Cleveland has not heard anything yet. He said he was checking very frequently to see if the list was up. I had a feeling we were not going to know Friday. I anticipate some time early next week. I will keep you two posted.

I called my recruiter Friday after the gym and she said she has been checking to see if posted multiple times a day but nothing as of that time. I know we will find out in good time but the longer I wait, I start to think I have been looked over. :(
