Abington Dixon SON : Waiting for my letter

I'm taking it at CCP. I took all my prereqs there. Good luck! I hope those letters come soon, i can't wait. I'm so nervous.

Jen2sul, if you go to ccp you can take math and nutrition onliine. I believe they even have 10 wk class for those. You could finish your prereqs by fall. Did they ask you when you were going to take those couses during the interview? They ask me that question.

hey stephb2..did you get your letter? I just got mine today and I am on the waiting list which is a big fat NO. I am devastated and don't know what to do!

Not yet cause i'm not home. I'm sorry to hear that you are on the waiting list but keep in mind that if you are on the waiting list then its a definate thing that you will get in next fall. By then you will finish all your courses. I'll let you know what's up when i get home and read my letter.

Hello I am also new to this site. I just received my letter from Abington on Friday, Feb. 20th. I was interested in the night and weekend program. I got accepted.

Congratulation momof03!!!! :balloons::clphnds: All the best to you. I am away in Florida and can't read my letter but 'm staying positive. I call Abington to see if they would tell me but it was too late when i call. I will try again tomorrow, i hope they'll tell me. I'm telling you that i will see you in september because i just feel that i got in. I chose nights and weekends too. I'll let you guys know for sure when i call tomorrow.

How long ago did u pay ur deposit? I just paid mine online last night. Not to be nosy..but how does it look? Does it cover everything?

I paid my entrance fee way back in early January. It has information on the FAFSA, Stafford and several Dixon merit and need based awards, which are granted upon graduation. Students are required to meet the $3000 tuition expense prior to the start of each term. They refer to the Stafford as a "living expense" loan, so I don't know if there is another loan package in place for tuition? I know the website mentions a financial aid workshop TBA; I would hope that they could answer some questions for me there.
