That's what I look like in my nursing uniform!:roll
I just got it in the mail... white collared blouse, white pants and white lab coat! I'm not petite anyway ( ) and this will only accentuate the size! I guess I will intimidate my patients into following dr's orders!
All kidding aside...I AM SO EXCITED TO ACTUALLY BE TO THE UNIFORM STAGE!!!
How about the rest of you... how do you look in your nursing student's uniform?
I know an RN who wears black scrubs on occasion. She works in the ER and the nurses there can wear whatever they want. I asked her one time why she bought black and she said it was because they were on sale and she really didn't care what color scrubs she wore. She also said that is you spilled anything on them, you couldn't tell, so she doesn't have to worry about getting stains out.

White button down collared shirt... white pants, white polished shoes with no colors at all on them. One sleeve has a bright red patch that says Nursing Student. ALERT! ALERT! You could see us coming in a blackout from a mile away. By the way....since our pants are semi-see through we have to wear granny panties. If not, we get sent home. My tattoo on my lower back shows through so I wear a tank-top under it. Can't wait to ditch this uniform for normal scrubs.
From the archives of my memory my school uniform was a white dress, a-line with little pleats frome the waist up. We also had these cute little white caps :) with white hose and white shoes, those shoes better be shiny clean with clean shoes strings. I rememeber my dear husband thought the outfit sexy some residue from his days of watching X-rated movies. Thank God I was much more slender them than now or I would have been inspiration for the Marshmello man in that ghost buster movie. deb
