A&P 1 Spring 08

Published

Hi y'all! Anybody taking A&P 1 this coming spring semester? I'm trying to get as many pre-req's out of the way as possible and could use a study buddy or 2! Thanks! :)

I've only got 1 lab exam left (next week) and I'm still pulling an A in the class! Almost there!

Awesome job! Keep up the good work!

I have my lecture final tomorrow...and it's cumulative!!! I need a 72 to keep my A in the class so I think I'm ok...but I'm still freaking out! Good luck to everyone who's about to take finals!!!

I'm seeing a lot of A&P I and II. At my university, there is only one class and that is A&P. Its five credits long. Are we getting both A&P I and II in the same semester. Will schools that require A&P I and II take my class? I'm so confused.

I would check with your school and see what all is covered in your A&P class. If it covers all the body systems I'd bet it's both A&P I & II in the same semester. Most of us end up with 8 credits for both classes though (3 credits for each lecture class, 1 credit for each lab), so you may need to look into that. Also check with the nursing schools that you're interested in and see if they would accept that class. Good luck!

I just got my final grade for A&P ...I GOT AN A!!!!!!!!!!:monkeydance:Hopefully this will make it slightly easier to get accepted to nursing school!

Definitely check with the schools you are applying to. None of the 3 schools I applied to would accept 1 5-credit A&P course as a prerequisite. They all required 8 credits in A&P, or 4 credits in Anatomy and 4 credits in Physiology.

Finished!!!!!! :D It was really hard, but I got an A and actually enjoyed the class!

GOOD JOB:yeah::yeah:

I'm done with A&P and I got a B! I'm so excited since this was my first venture back into the classroom in over 13 years! I'm so glad I stuck it out and did not drop the class. I'm feeling really encouraged now about taking A&P II!
