Oh no, why? I hope you don't take it personally as he's likely just under so much stress. I am so glad you will be out of that course soon!!!LOL .... A Fin and German viewed some hops ... (sorry hahaha can't get it out of my head)
I AM DONE MY LAB EXAM!!!!!!!! Yeehaw!!!! Everyone is out of the house now so I put some Christmas music on and was going to dance around the house and throw things (no, not really but I WAS going to grab those fish out of the cabinet outside the labroom and throw them out the window if they didn't stop grinning at my pre-exam nervousness .. fortunately the feeling passed when the testers opened the door but it's still not totally gone). I am SO GLAD that exam is over though!!! Free FREE FREEEEEEEE (for a few days at least .. okay, so it's limited freedom until the final exam).
The exam was pretty comprehensive. It was a bell ringer. I feel like I did pretty good but am second guessing myself, refuse to look any answers up and am just trying to put it out of my head.
I'm going to clean up the house now -- which is actually (strangely) a welcome break!!!
Have a great evening and do a little jig with l'il man .. I want to see a picture of you two (the happy couple LOL). My Frodo is standing beside the Christmas tree .. I'm thinking I need to dress him up a little!
I am so glad that you are done with your test and feel good about it. Enjoy your weekend. I am studying my brains out for the 4th lecture test on the nervous sysem, he only gave us a very very skimpy lecture on it!
Went to his office today and he let me review the tests from lecture 1,2,and 3 :) We will have 30 questions of each on the final (which we will take together with lecture 4 test) At least he let me review....thank god for that. I don't have my score from yesterday's lab exam, not until Monday. He said that he doesn't have time because he'll go to the gym and play basketball in the afternoon Here we are, no idea how we did. I figured if I made a 90 on the lab test and with all my other tests added together I need a 80 on the final to get that A, (if you add the ONE point paper I only need a 79) I do hope that I did better than 90 though..... I have one safety parachute and that's my last lecture test, I can drop it if it's my lowest grade. It might be because there is not enough time to learn all I need to know until Tues.....too much material and all pretty hard stuff.
My son needs his bed time...gotta go. Relax some and be happy :)
How is everyone doing? I haven't posted in a couple weeks, mainly because I have so much going on with all these finals:uhoh3: :uhoh3: . I took my lab final on tuesday and I think that went well, I dunno when she'll post the grades for that though. We'll be taking test 4 and our final for lecture as a combined test. The first 60 questions or so will be on the muscular and nervous system, and will count for test four. I can't believe the semester is just about over, and I didn't kill myself, or my hubby. LOL! I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Just like you, my head and eyeballs are spinning.....we have a separate 4th lecture test, 50 questions on the same day as our final, 90+ questions......
My teacher was too busy playing basketball instead of lecturing and spreading his tests out more reasonably. I hate him!
Hey guys!
Well, I survived my last lecture test (before the final). There was a 2 pt. bonus question on PNS nerve regeneration that I didn't think I'd get the full points for, but my instructor gave them to me. So, my 98% went to a 100%. Then, she says the class scores were split half and half (really low and really high), so she had to curve the grades. We were told to add 4 more points to the grade we already had, so I ended up with a 104%, which ended up being the highest grade in the class!! Guess my lack of a life, due to all this studying (and little sleep) has been paying off. LOL
We dissected the cow eye in lab yesterday. One word: YUCK!!! I can't believe I can stare at a dissected cadaver and think about chicken (***nudge, nudge, Karen*** LOL), but I look at a cow eye and get grossed out! I guarantee you I will NEVER go into opthalmology nursing of any kind! There's just something about the eyes that gives me the willies.
Now, if I could just stop procrastinating about studying for my finals (on 12/9 and 12/15) and get myself off this computer, I'd be alright!
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE on your finals!! We're all gonna kick butt! Oops, I mean, "kick gluteus maximus!" :icon_lol:
Angel
LOL! I do know what you mean about the eyes. I haven't had to dissect one yet and we are just approaching the subject (that's what we will start in January) .. but the idea of any kind of eye surgery kind of freaks me out. Of course, I don't know until I actually was in the situation but I imagine it wouldn't be great! WTG on the fantastic marks! We dissected the cow eye in lab yesterday. One word: YUCK!!! Speaking of eyeballs Here's a joke that I just invented......(I bet someone before me thought of it a long time ago somewhere !)
Why do your eyes look so funny?
Answer: 'Cause they've got "humor" (as aqueous or vitrous humor) eek:
Y'all study hard for the finals.....see you all in celebration on Tues
i have not been here in forever, but jsut seeing how everyone is doing? We have finals this week...I can't wait either, I need a break.
I think I did quite well though....so I'm happy. hope you are all doing well.
Love Snoopy, I have a REAL snoopy. My beagle is now 10 years old and he was the wildest puppy I ever had. Now he is like an old man, lazy, fatter and barks at the moon for nothing at 2:00 a.m.
Great that you feel good about your class/test
