I took my first college class after 15+ years this semester....it was Algebra...not even the Algebra I need as a pre-req, the one before it....I wanted to ramp up a bit and really it was a test for me, I've NEVER done well in Math, I don't think I've ever gotten more than a C for a semester.
Anyway, I got my grade for the class.....you'll never guess.....I got a 100.2!!!!:hatparty:
Now it was the only class I was taking (as I was working)....but still.
I think my overwhelming feeling is not even happiness, it's relief! It's like validation, that just maybe I can pull this crazy scheme off
Anyway, I just thought I'd share.

Thats wonderful. :hatparty: I am waiting to find out what my math grade is for the semester, it should be posted either around midnight or later in the day tomorrow. I'm walking a VERY fine line and I do not think that I passed
We have to have an 80 or above or we fail!
I'm so glad that math finally clicked for you. I hope the same thing happens to me eventually. Any tips?
Hope things turn out well for you....unfortunately, no tips other than doing some Math everyday....I did the extra homework problems, did the problems on the CD that came with the book, and went on the internet to find more practice problems....of course this was all motivated by terror that I'd fall behind and fail
Best of Luck!!
Oh and thanks for the good wishes everyone
