hey! i got the saunders 4th edition.. and i passed... i think the questions are really good and they give you an idea of how it feels to take the exam..... i used mostly the CD... and its awesome to create a study plan... because you can do around 1 or 2 exams... ( 100 Q per exam) and your done for the day... its very importatn you pace yourself and dont overload yourself on information all at once..... i loved saunders 4th....

Suzanne has always sworn by Saunders.

I think that some folks that claim that they use Saunders and that it doesn't work....answer the questions, but they don't read the rationales.

If you got it right, great, but do you know WHY you got the question right? If the question was worded differently, could you answer it correctly again?

That is what I think makes the difference.

Go here: http://www.learningext.com/ It's about 50 dollars for 3 weeks, but they have a lot of delegation, prioritization stuff.

Good luck, I know you'll make it!!
I agree with this post. I took the NCLEX yesterday. I practiced using test questions from many sources, but those from NCSBN were the most like the NCLEX in difficulty level. Nothing, though, in reality was *as* tough. It got very intense for me by question #40, and I will be surprised if I passed.

I am taking a remedial course for the NCLEX-RN in Florida and the book that they sent me is the Saunders Q&A 4th edition. They make you do all of the questions in the book and at least 100 questions daily from the CD. So it must be the best book you can use to study with........Good Luck.
