  1. hey! i got the saunders 4th edition.. and i passed... i think the questions are really good and they give you an idea of how it feels to take the exam..... i used mostly the CD... and its awesome to create a study plan... because you can do around 1 or 2 exams... ( 100 Q per exam) and your done for the day... its very importatn you pace yourself and dont overload yourself on information all at once..... i loved saunders 4th....

  4. hi guys... i took the nclex rn on the 6th.. and found out today that i passed (10th). the BRN updates their website every day monday thru friday really early in the morning... .. i found out today around 5am in the morning ( pacific time). ashlea19, Its true what they say, everyone tends to feel as if they failed. I came out of the testing center crying because i thought i did horribly... so hang in there! I know they wait kills... but try to keep yourself occupied. :) Good Luck!
  5. i felt the same way after my exam.. .i got around 140-150 questions.. i dont remember exactly how many because i was so disappointed it didnt stop after 100..... I went home crying because it was a lot harder than any of the practice exams i had been doing... also... i got a lot of infection control, medication and teaching and priority questions.. i felt like it was the worst testing experience in the world.. i so badly dont want to go through it again... the wait for the results is really killing me and its only been one day ... just imagine what 2 weeks will do for me... (Im in cali)... oh wells.... hang in there... seems like we're all playing the waiting game....
  6. anyone try to use the pearson trick? does it work?

  11. hey nurse joker..... a lot of people i went to school with got their name on the board of nursing website under permanent license within like 4-5 business days of taking the exam if they passed. There are other factors too though like if your applicant file is complete or what not..... i just hope they do it fast.... i came outta the exam crying... it was not a good feeling.... and i felt the same way... the last 2-3 questions i got were easy... and i know i got them right........ i just dont know what to think tho...... have you tried the pearsonvue trick that was posted? im not sure how reliable it is.... but it doesnt let me go to the credit card screen.... im hopeing thats a good sign...... i went through some of the questions i got... and theres really no way of knowing because i seemed to have gotten half wrong and half right.... thank you everyone for your replied and your support...... :) i so hope ill have a RN after my name soon..
  12. Hi guys, This is my first post, but ive been a frequent visitor on the site. I just took the NCLEX today and feel like i totally bombed... i got around 140-150 questions.... i felt like i didnt know anything on the exam.. i got a lot of medication questions, a ton of priority questions and a lot of infection control questions. Is so nervous about the result. I came out of the exam thinking i failed horribly. I thought, omg, 4 years of nursing school... and i feel like i dont know anything.. i graduated with honors from my school in december.. but it feels like i've failed. I've never felt this way after any exam i've taken. I was just looking for a little support. I was wondering if anyone had similar questions? are the tons of priority and infection control questions a good sign? I just want to say thank you to anyone who responds. Im in california.. so the wait will just kill.........
