Hey all! I am reapplying and wanted to create this for everyone applying. I won't be as involved as I was last year, but good luck to everyone! I know they're having seminars and allowing people to schedule one on one consultations for applications.

Do you plan to provide your most recent transcripts for this semester when they're available, or do you think that is unnecessary? I just tried to in their portal, but wasn't able to.

Hi folks! Does anyone know, regarding the FAFSA, if we are asked to include our parents information? I got to that point in the application, and it says we are independent (obviously) but some medical/nursing programs may require parent’s info any... not sure how to move on and kinda concerned I won’t be able to get ahold of anyone in the FinAid office before the priority deadline

Same question, I am in my forties and haven't depended on my parents in 20 years at least.

They also are in a different country with a very different (as in, much much much lower) income level that in the US...I don't know how that would translate!

Anyone know what our student ID # or NETID is? I was filling out the financial aid forms but I don't believe we have either?

Hello! I was filling out the same forms, but I didn't see a place for a Student ID#. Which form asks for it? I want to make sure I have the correct ones.

Hi,

Which forms are you filling out ? I filled out my FASFA and it did not require a student ID number or NETID, just the school code. I printed out the documentation Yale are requesting and they did not ask of that.

Also for forms when it asks institution for loans, do we name the University we used the loans for with the total amount borrowed from all lenders (private and federal)? Or do we list each lender with their individual amounts?
