It didn't look like there was a thread for 2011 Yale GEPN applicants. Since the application recently opened, I thought I'd start a thread to see if anyone else is starting to work on their application.
Anyone else out there?
hahaha I love how we're all sending our boyfriends and husbands to do our bidding with checking the mail. I did the opposite and forced my boyfriend to give me the mail key on Monday so that when he's gone I don't have to go all godzilla and break down the mailbox door.
I'm assuming, since those of you in NY and MA didn't get yours yet, that I will find nothing in my mailbox upon my return home, but that (unsurprisingly) is not preventing me from wishful thinking. =)
Congrats to all and also would love to know if they sent letters to our permanent or current addresses? Many thanks!
Maybe try contacting Sandra Esposito to find out. My current address is my permanent so I can't help with this question. The last time I went through this for my MA everything was sent to my permanent address (parent's home).
I am 99.9% sure there's no way I will get my letter today (CA), but I'm having such a difficult time concentrating at work that I am actually leaving 2 hours early...so I can be a nervous wreck at home instead since I'm being completely unproductive at work! Thank goodness my boss is so understanding! She's been going through this whole process with me, checking a few times a day to see if I've heard anything. The fact that I'm 99.9% sure I won't get a letter today doesn't stop me from checking!
CONGRATS to those who received the good news already and the best of luck to everyone else. I can't wait to meet everyone in September!!!

So can we assume it didn't include financial aid award information, which is the reason they said letters were being sent out later than in past years???
Aaahhh, I feel like pulling out my hair, I'm so anxious! And being in CA doesn't help...
