Xavier University ABSN Fall 2019

Good Day All!!

I wanted to starter this thread as I am curious how many of you are applying, would like to apply, or are waiting for the emissions decision to the ABSN program at Xavier University.

I recently received my acceptance letter, and I am still deciding which school to choose.

Any previous students from this university, could you give some feedback about this program? I heard it was mainly online, I never really studied like this I usually had the in person lectures.

I am looking forward to any feedback you guys could give me, to help me make my decision.

Just got accepted here as well. Still debating between a few schools, but I know Xavier has a solid program!

I applied for Duke's ABSN and 's prespecialty MSN program! what about you?

Hey guys did any of you came to the review day two weekends ago ?? I am about 98% sure I will be attending, just waiting for one more school and then I will make my final decision.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF YOU THAT GOT IN !!! ?

I applied to 's prespecialty, Spalding ABSN, and Mount Saint Joseph MSN program. I got into all but Vandy! Have you heard from Vandy or Duke yet? I am leaning more towards Mount Saint Joseph or Xavier at this point. I am scheduled to visit Mount Saint Joseph on Friday. Sorry for the delayed response! Somehow I missed your response!

Glad to see there is a forum for this University! I submitted my application for the Fall 2019 cohort earlier this week (although it was completed nearly a month ago -- had to wait for my final recommendation to be submitted) and am wondering how long it took for you all to hear back? If I get accepted I will 100% be attending, but I keep overthinking it and am so anxious to hear back! Also wondering if anyone is willing to share their stats so I can get a basis for my likelihood of admission? :)

I have applied for the fall 2019 absn program! If I get accepted I’ll be coming from Texas! So that will be a very big change lol. I had a previous degree in public health so I basically already had the pre-reqs they required. My stats were i had all A’s in microbiology, a&p1 and a&p2, and a B in statistics. My gpa is 3.3. Good luck to everyone applying ?
