I have been online in debate groups for years and this is the most advanced newsgroup software, I've encountered. I wish I had known about this place sooner.
I am a male nurse. I just finished school, and I work on a telemetry floor in a large hospital (or at least it's large for our area: 450 beds, a psych hospital, rehabilitation clinic, nursing home, and lots of satellite urgent care centers not to mention the exclusive contract for the counties school clinics. It's also the county hospital) It's known primarily for it's wide range of cardiac services.
I have an ADN and a BS in Liberal Arts. I'm still debating whether or not to get a BSN.
I'm glad to be here!

My advice to you is get out of nursing as soon as possible the women are back stabbing and clichish. The pay sucks and what you are made to do for the money isnt worth it. Run Man Run. Or get your BSN and move up into management so you can be the one on top of the pile of bull sh*t.
