I don't see where it would be a problem....except helping pay back her $300k in loans.

How cute is she? jk...
However, I wouldn't have a problem with it, but like Steve said, that 300K in loans would be a huge factor considering how much nurses make compared to what the MDs do! But, if love is truly involved, then there are no boundaries to a relationship.

I want to marry a "person", not a "profession".
Meaning? I want to marry a swell gal - be she Doctor, Baker or Candlestickmaker.

Heck yeah! I married the first time for love(and lust). It's lasted 25years so far but I think my wife would be OK with me dumping her for a female MD with a lucritive practice and $300+k income. I would have to keep my wife in the style she has always wanted to become accustomed to. If the practice was busy enough I could still see my ex wife as much as we both want. As far as her being an MD- no problem, I'd marry a goat if the money was good enough.
By the way - has anyone asked if anyone would marry a male MD in the male nursing forum? It's legal in some states, but he would have to have one heck of a practice to get me to switch sides.
Thats just sick, unless you swing that way (no offense to those who do, but just not for me).

Is she a person or is she a doctor? Answer that question, and you'll know what to do....

I would as long as I didn't have to work with her. In my experiences it has never been good to work in close proximity to someone that you are dating.
