just curious to know if it would be a problem for a male nurse to marry a doctor..I personally wouldn't have a problem with it..voice your opinion
I did. It will be 26 years this August.
There were and still are problems, but having only been married once, I don't know if the problems are due to her being a MD, or would be there regardless of her profession.
My impression of female MDs is that they are very motivated, hard working and intense. My wife knows countless female MD's who want to marry, but cant find a mate. This is because men usually are intimidated by women who are smarter, better educated, better paid or more confident. If you can match her intensity and provide a balance to her life it might work. Then again, who knows why some marriages work and some do not?

Can your wife get me some referrals?
I'd think that success in marrying a physician or other professional ( I was once sweet on a podiatrist ) would be the ability to be your own person as well. Interdependent instead of co-dependent. A lot of men talk a good game but are really quite insecure and need a wife to continually validate them. I don't think a professional with that level of intensity will consider that a good part of a relationship.
Definitely an interesting question all around.
