Words of Encouragement?

Well this semester is coming to an end. In my Med-Surge I class i have 460 points, I need 750 to pass.

There are still 350 points available.

- 1 more chapter test ( 150 points ) open note.

- 1 final ( 200 points )

So if you do the math i need to get 290 out of the available 350 points. :idea:

Im so scared and nervous.

Any words of encouragement?

They would be greatly appreciated.

So if you need to get 290 out of 350, that leaves 60 points of leeway... which is a lot if you ask me! Don't stress- study and prepare yourself for your exams and when they're done, you will wonder why you worried so much to begin with!

I had a friend who needed an 81 on her final to pass the class, and she wasn't able to get anywhere near 80 on her other exams and she got exactly 81 on her final. Study hard and study smart and you'd be amazed at what you can do! Good luck.

I lost my focus on med surge, I couldn't miss more then like 7 questions on the final to pass. I don't remember how many questions were on the final I think 65. I missed the exact amount I was allowed to miss. One of your tests is open notes. You can totally do this.

If they arent worth like 5 points each! In my second semester I had to get a 78 to pass, got a 79% Study your *** off and you can do it

Is there anyway you can get study help from someone doing really well in that part of the class? Im sure you can do it, keep on studying. Im in a similar situation next and last A&P exam I have to get around a 90% to get the grade I want. Im flipped out and nervous.

Looks like you need an accumalative of 83% (82.85) on your remaining tests. That is totally doable! You got this!! Study hard, be prepared and go own these last two tests!:dncgbby:

Don't assume that you can rely soley on your notes for this open notes exam. Study and know the information just like you would without the notes. Just use the notes as a safety net. If you can knock this one out of the park, it will give you a little cushion for the final.

I am shocked there is a nursing school that even allowed an open notes test. LOL

But if I could get the 89% I needed on my Med/Surg final to pass the class then you can get this!
