Get a juicer!!! I recently started juicing and have found some awesome recipes that will help you heal and give you enormous energy!

First thing in the morning

Green Lemonade: (all ingredients are raw) Juice 6 large Kale leaves, 1 bunch spinach, 1-2 inch length ginger root, 1 whole lemon and 2 whole apples. This tastes surprisingly good and is full of good stuff.

I drank coffee for 20 years and since I started this recipe, I have had no need for coffee in the morning. Wait 30 minutes before consuming anything else. Raw carrot juice is also great and good for you. Both these will fill you up and leave you satisfied.

Hope you try it...it may just change your life!

Thanks everyone....

Went to the Dr. today, it has been 2 weeks with possibly 4 more to go :(

I just ordered a pizza with extra sauce, will see how that purees down.

**As far as cutting wires , they said not to do it unless it is an absolute emergency. Vomiting does not ential cutting wires, since I am not eating chunks none will come out and you jst let the puke drip on out through your teeth. Wire cutting will probably just set me back as well, so those puppies are not getting cut unless I am turning cyanotic. Luckily my better half is also a medic, so he will know when and if wire cutting should occur!

One of my favorite smoothies I make is super easy: cup of OJ, banana, and vanilla protein powder. I have one for breakfast regularly.

You can also put raw spinach and carrots in to a smoothie; if you also use apple juice, it will taste like apples....it might be green, but doesn't taste like it.

Best of luck!

I had no problem talking with my jaw wired shut. Its just like talking with clenched teeth.

Bolthouse farms makes some really tasty smoothies! Some have 30g of protein. Strawberry banana is my favorite. They are really healthy with no preservatives or artificial anything. The protein shakes are very filling. They are in the produce section of most large grocery stores.

My brother had to have his mouth wired shut and I can remember my mom blending chicken strips with broth ect ect. He also ate baby food. I remember him thinking the sweet potatoes were good once doctored up.

Sound miserable though. So Sorry!

My teeth automatically clench when I am dealing with a patient who is using the call light every 5 minutes. :smokin:
