Why does everyone say that they "consigned" a drug waste.....

Published

Everyone say that they "consigned" a drug waste? Well, of course not everyone, but a whole lot of folks on here do.

Shouldn't the word be co-signed? Or have I been wrong all these years? To me, consign is what you do with your used clothes in a consignment shop. :cheeky:

I've NEVER heard anyone say that. Perhaps it's just a regional quirk where you are?

No, it's here on AN. It was one pacific thread that put me over the edge. OP said it first and almost all responders followed suite.

Whatever - it's a mute point. Supposably.

I am appauled at the number of biter nurses on this sight. You were new nurses to. Your bad additudes are going to effect the new nurses you orientate. People like you shouldn't be nurses I wouldn't want you taking care of people I loved.Their is no excuse for you're nasty to new new nurses. Your opposed to be kind to others. It says it pacifically in your nurses oath. Be ware.........there are alot of new grads who would kill for your'e job.

I swear to the great hobbit that my phone has decided to put into autocorrect that I want to punch the faces of people who type could of, should of and would of.

Still better than "coulda, shoulda, woulda, gonna."

I think you meant "zinc". ;)

I'm really enjoying everyone's creativeness (because you can add -ness to any word).

No, no, no! It's "Me either!"

 Your just a COB! I reported your meanness to the All Nurses boss.

(By the by . . . in a meeting last week a nurse said "supposbly" and a doc said "irregardless").

I just smile. :)

If you wear people down, you'll sometimes get what you want. I read somewhere that even though "irregardless" is incorrect, some dictionaries have added it because so many people use it.

Sad, isn't it?

Yep, I've read the same thing. But I won't back down!
