Why your avatar?

Yesterday evening I decided that I would finally have an avatar. Took me 20 minutes to decide what I wanted. Obviously something not super identifiable like my pet, but a nod at loving what I do.

TOOTH WITH GLASSES.

Literally what I googled last night. Elementary school teeth visits make me happy, and I have some hefty framed glasses. (Not because my prescription is hefty... I was a hipster in college and thought my chunky frames were cool and alternative, but also expensive, so I'm getting my money's worth of wearing them ahaha)

I just picked one a long time ago because I hated seeing it blank. In my mind it's me all sweet and smiling on the outside even when people are driving me crazy and I'd love to give them a big shot of what I'm really thinking.
