Who's waiting for their letter from Jeff State ???

OK....the wait is killing me:uhoh3: So I thought I would start a thread to see just how many people are waiting like me. If you have heard anything like when we might hear something let us know.

I'm part time & orientation is the 15th for us. It's at the Jefferson campus - which I've never been too. Hopefully won't be too difficult to find.

I called & conformed my acceptance this morning. Getting excited.

I also got in to JSCC. I will be attending full time at the Shelby campus for registered nursing. I had 186 points. I wonder how low the points were? Tiffany Lane told me they normally go down to 180.

The cutoffs were 183 for Part-time and Shelby and 182 for Jeff - If I recall correctly!

Yeah, that's what burned me so bad--- I had a 180 and was turned down. One more Bio class and I'll have a 190, so I'm not terribly bummed. =)

I know it sucks to be so close and not get in but on the other hand nursing is hard enough you dont want to be taking bio class and nursing class too. You will be there in the Spring :)

it's hard to HAVE MET the requirements and not get in because of another college whom you have paid money to have all transcripts sent...didn't do their job in doing so.

I agree - thats just wrong. Seems like there should be something that could be done.

Congrats to everyone who made it. I got accepted into the St. Vincents part-time progam. I guess I'll be seeing everyone on the 15th then. I'm lookiing forward to getting started. :yeah:
