Wow, you guys are taking a lot! I'm glad I am going into the BSN program that is 4 years. It takes people from highschool to regular RN's (different programs but same degree). You don't even have to have prereq's. to get in because its a regular bachelors degree where you do a mix of gen. ed. courses and nursing courses the first 2 years and then mainly clinicals and a summer intership the last 2 years. But since I am transferring in the nursing coordinator said that I can take mainly nursing programs since I have some gen. ed. done. I will be taking AP 1 ( I wish you could CLEP this since I took honors AP 1, 2 and zoology in highschool), Fundamentals of Nursing, College Algebra and something else (I haven't decided either philosphy or biochem., but thats too much science/math for one semester, lol). I am taking gen.bio and microbiology over the summer. Hope everyone does well in there courses and program. Good luck to all :)

Specializes in OB-Gyn/Primary Care/Ambulatory Leadership.

This fall - A&P I and Foundations of nursing - 11 credits (assuming I get the fat letter).

This summer will also be full - CNA, Nutrition, and either Micro or Chem, for a total of either 10 or 13 credits (depending on which Nutrition course I take).

Specializes in Burn ICU.

I am waiting for my acceptance letter also for a BSN program... I only have to take the 5 pre-req. classes and hopefully I'll be starting my clinicals in Fall05. Hopefully my schedule will be A&P 1, Chem 1, Nursing 101 this Fall04. Glad to know I'm not alone...Good Luck to you all.
