You know what I am talking about... up all night, trying to read words that just keep getting smaller and smaller, suddenly, your stomach screams "I NEED FOOD" :)

What is your favorite thing to feed it when it starts craving things when you are hitting the books?

My favorite is pizza, or good pretzels, puppy chow (chex cereal with chocolate and peanut butter covered in powdered sugar).

What do you crave??

In the past my favorite late-night study brain-food has been either mini Snickers or mini Butterfingers...MMMM LOVE those Butterfingers. :) And this past Spring before every exam I trotted off to the vending machine and had a Nestle Crunch. Didn't make below an 85 on any exam either. Now I'm a true believer in Nestle Crunch before EVERY exam!!!

However, this summer I've been trying to ease off the sweets a bit and have been munching out on Low-Fat Wheat Thins. And I've now found a taste for Slim Fast Energy Bars...the Rich Chewy Caramel and the Crispy Peanut Caramel really are not all that bad. Just not very big and I feel bad for eating more than one of them...have you priced these lately?? ASTRONOMICAL the price charged for these!!!

Diet Coke and M&M's...

Since I started school, I've put on "some" weight!! Just wondering if anyone has a diet that they follow while they are in school that would keep those fat cells shrunk? I know this is a problem for allot of students because there really isn't much time for exercising between classes, studying, and family (housework).

Thanks!!

On the question about the diet...

I've actually lost close to 60 lbs. since being back in school. I try to stock the fridge with fruit for study snacks and my kids and husband have had to adjust their habits too. But the biggest thing for me is that I MAKE the time to get on my treadmill 30 minutes a day. Believe it or not it has been a huge stress reliever for me. As time went on I found myself much more calm before A&P lab practicals, etc.

good luck,

Christine:cool:

first I start off with a nice fruit salad, fresh fruit, garden veggies...............and I am full of it.................Pizza, nachos lots of cheese, ice tea, coffee.........LOL, J

Snikers & potato chips!

Happy studying all,

Christina
