Well from my point of view it is grandma or grandpa kept alive with vents and peg feeding with no hope of recovery. Its the LOL that come from home with bed sores the size of dinner plates. It's the mom that went into resp distress codes and the family wants everything done but refuses to take her home on a trach since no nursing home will take her either. Yet still refuses to make her a DNR code after code..
Injuries and accidents or even gun shots don't bother me as bad as the neglected..

WHY ????
Perhaps I am wrong but in my opinion its a bit pathetic and pathological especially with that smile button you placed at least in my thinking. WHY do you seek this - is the question - Respectfully how is this educational or informative or is it just feeding a dark side ? Go read the past post if that is what your looking for or a present humanistic educational logic for this request.

I think whats horrible for one nurse may be no big deal for another. Personally, I don't like "skin" things. Big decub ulcers on the bed-bound elderly really bother me. One time we had a young woman who had some rare skin condition who looked like all of her skin had been burned. That really bothered me, too.
These things are heartbreaking for me, certainly not "entertainment".
Do you mean worse or funniest? You have a smile in the post, so Im thinking its a misuse of words, maybe??? When I worked in LTC, there was an elderly man that carried around a comb and everytime he saw a nurse he thought was pretty, he'd pull his comb out, slick his hair back and say something "fresh" as he called it. I thought that was one of the funniest things Ive seen. But maybe Im off topic o_O?????
WAIT!! There was an elderly lady there that had the really old "breast implants" her boobs werent going anywhere! Now that was the most unique thing I'd ever seen.
