I remember when I had my maternity rotation a couple of weeks ago, one of the nurses said she remembers a patient that named her child Placenta. I couldn't believe it that some child has to live his life named after disgusting afterbirth!

I knew an "orangello".. no kidding he was named after orange jello, which came on the dietary tray in the hospital...
here goes those jello names again;) Our jello babies at our hospital were also taken from the menu (the lemon jello is pretty yucky too!! )

I worked in a hospital in s.l.o. Ca.. There is a surgeon on staff whos name is Dr. Slaughter.
There was a man I knew, deceased now, he was such an awesome person. He had several brothers and sisters, all with normal names, yet he was named, Nooner Wood. He married a great lady, also deceased, Frankie. Names not shortened or altered or nicknamed...
