Mine are:
1. Eat breakfast before class ( a snickers and coffee from the vending machine don't count!)
2. Miraculously find time to exercise at least 3 times a week. I'm going to try to walk on the treadmill while reading my texts or listening to a recorded lecture. I need to burn calories an relieve stress.
3. Improve my teas score by 10+ points and get A's in all my classes.
4. Take lot's of deep breaths.
5. Get more sleep ( eg... No allnurses after midnight! Sleep deprivation turns me into a grouchy gremlin with a poor memory for A&P
What's yours?

Funny that you should ask. My new years resolution is to actually study this upcoming semester, and not just right before a test. Although that strategy has worked for me so far( and I like to be efficient, so why put in more effort than is needed for an A), I doubt it will in NS so I might as well get into a good habit now (that also means not waiting until the last second to do assignments, this whole effort thing is going to be hard).

To have more confidence in myself.
To eat healthier and get back on track with my workout routines.
To get more organized.
To ignore all my so-called friends that doubt me and give me looks when I tell them I'm going for my AASN. Looks that say "yea right" ... it hurts and just because they've decided to give up on being successful doesn't mean I have.
Wow! Were you able to score A's in A&P without studying ahead of time? If so, please! Share your secret. You must have great memory. Those labs in A&P 1 almost killed me last semester and I'm already dreading A&P 2 lab exams.
I just went to all the classes and labs, in lab there was always extra time after the professor went over everything and since I was stuck in lab to give him his time I played guess what this is with my lab partners. To add to that I spent alot of time tutoring non native speakers, and I find that the best way to learn is to teach.

Mine is definitely to start studying earlier! I graduated in May with a degree in another field, and have never started studying earlier than the night before the test. I made it through A&PI this way, but I realize that causes myself a lot of unnecessary stress!
I like your idea of eating breakfast and exercise. Will be adding those to my list as well!

1. Stop procrastinating. I do everything last minute. Studying and homework. Especially papers!
2. Enjoy every minute of life before nursing school! I have two small children and I want the little time before NS to be great!
3. Be positive. It's hard for me to be positive when things get hard.

1. Definitely studying as much as possible- not just right before a test, like I'm used to from my first degree.
2. Get A's in my 3 classes!
3. Keep up with my workout schedule/healthy eating, even throughout the stress of this upcoming semester
4. Get into my ABSN program and figure out the best way to pay for it.
Lofty goals, but I have a great feeling about this year! Good luck to all my pre-nursing friends this semester!

Mine is to not overwhelm myself like I did last semester with working full time plus 17 credit hours, and a crazy awesome son to take care of.
This year I'm going to take less classes and make my husband help more around the house :).
This year I'm going to make all A's instead of A's and B's.
This year I'm going to get accepted into nursing school.
This year I'm going to make a 95 on my HESI A2 entrance test.
and finally... I'm going to make this year a GOOD year!

1) Get A's in the three classes I have this semester
2) Lose the 25 lbs I have put on in the last year.
3) Take a vacation and ENJOY it this summer!
4) be a better mom to my children!
5) I know this shouldn't be my last one but here it is: Put my faith in God, He has a plan for me and my family and I need to let him guide me.
