What type of nursing do you want to specialize in?

I would like to do Pediatrics, probably in a doctor's office.

"No! I don't wanna get a shot! I don't wanna get a shot!" ;)

How about you?

:wideyed:

OR or Psych.

Specializes in ICU, Geriatrics, Float Pool.

The kind where I get to wear business casual and make up rules for other people that I don't have to follow myself.

Just kidding. Management is my kryptonite. I would rather stab myself in the eye.

:notworthy: Kudos to anyone who can stand doing it.

I'm indecisive between FNP and Psych NP.

In bedside nursing, I really want to work in L&D but as everyone knows, once you go the critical care track, it's almost impossible to switch over.

Trauma! Maybe even flight nursing down the road

OR, NICU, ER eventually become a NNP or CRNA right now my focus is to get through the next 15 months.

I'd love to be a CRNA, but you need 2 years experience in a critical care area, and with the job market the way it is, I have to take what I can get when I graduate.

ER or pediatrics and most probably NP

ER and hospice as a RN (graduate in May)...

I'll be getting my NP for sure but not certain if I'll be a Critical Care NP or FNP...
