What did you take Anatomy with

Anatomy is a prereq. What did you guys take in the same semester? Im thinking about 3 easy classes like college success, marriage and family, etc. I want to leave math and other sciences for the fall.

Specializes in Hospice / Psych / RNAC.
I took a lot of my core science classes like Chemistry, Biochem, and Physics at the public university first, to practice and be sure they didn't effect my BSN's GPA. Once I was confident I had a handle on those, I took them again at the private university where I'm finishing up my BSN. It was a crazy lot of work, but it helped me.

You must be in an extremely advanced nursing program to have to take physics! Good for you... In the chemistry world I only had to take bio, physical, and inorganic chemistry...but no physics.

Have fun!

Hahaha thanks ;) I've heard it's close to impossible.... But somehow still possible!

This summer I'll be taking full amount of credits allowed.

I took Anatomy and Micro in the same semester...it wasn't bad.

I'm working full time so I took A&P 1 with Nutrition during the summer, and A&P 2 with Growth and Development. IT was all I could handle while working.

Some people take the prerequisite classes one at a time to insure that A grade to make themselves competitive. Nothing wrong with this if you are patient.

That's almost what I'm doing this semester. I'm taking A&P I with a writing class and that's it. I'm taking a summer A&P class, a nutrition, and remedial math class, hopefully I will do OK, lol, I'm a tad scared.

Specializes in Urgent Care.

I liked taking two science classes together. I took anatomy and biochemistry together (both were pre-reqs for physiology). The following semester, I took physiology and microbiology together.

Specializes in ICU.

For A&P I, I took it with Organic Chemistry. For A&P 2, I took Microbiology at the same time.

Over the summer?! Wow I thought I was tough taking 6 classes this semester. That's a lot for summer semester! Good luck! I'm sure you feel confident about it or you wouldn't have done it.

Took AP1 with General Psych, and a humanities course, I am now taking AP2 with micro, and lifespan. Got all As first semester and currently have As right now but that micro is a low A lol

In the Fall quarter (10 weeks) I took Anatomy, critical thinking, ethical philosophy, and freshman seminar (required during your first quarter). 17 Q units total. I was able to get straight A's. I just wouldn't recommend taking it with other sciences, if you can avoid it.
