Anatomy is a prereq. What did you guys take in the same semester? Im thinking about 3 easy classes like college success, marriage and family, etc. I want to leave math and other sciences for the fall.
I took a lot of my core science classes like Chemistry, Biochem, and Physics at the public university first, to practice and be sure they didn't effect my BSN's GPA. Once I was confident I had a handle on those, I took them again at the private university where I'm finishing up my BSN. It was a crazy lot of work, but it helped me.
I think anatomy is totally doable with some easier classes, even with a hard class, but that's based on my own circumstances and experience.
When I took anatomy, I took it with microbiology, but I hadn't taken any classes in a few years and needed to get back into the swing of school...and it turns out I had one of the toughest anatomy teachers and the new one is apparently not as hard (just my luck). Those are also pretty tough classes, it kept me busy between those courses and working! Everyone in my anatomy course felt like they basically had to sell their soul to anatomy to do well. There's lots of memorization in that class!
I think it depends on your life/circumstances and what you can handle though. Some people were also taking chemistry and math courses at the same time (yes, they were going crazy by the end) and other people could only handle taking one class at a time due to other commitments.

I took A&P II with my LPN to RN transitional class (spring) and Micro during our winter intersession (held during the break between the Fall and Spring semesters)
