I work out - I refuse to give it up although I might cut down while I'm in school. It's great for stress relief. I also take a bath every day which might take up to 30 minutes :tbsk:, it's awesome. I also try to get to bed at a decent hour and never stay up 'til all hours cramming. Lack of sleep also adds to the stress.

As a student in nursing school I have had to learn creative ways to relieve my stress. So I am curious what do you do to help relieve all the stress?
