Just curious what your student uniforms look like. Our uniform is white pants, light blue polo, white vest....all issued by the school.
Hunter Green top with patch, white pants and white shoes. (who decided white was a good color for nursing students, they show EVERYTHING)
My guess is that some schools want to give off the impression that nursing students are "virginal" to the profession? In which case, I am happy to ho it out now that I have graduated
I actually like your hunter green choice. We had white pants and red scrub tops. I will never wear red scrubs again.

My school has us wear navy blue scrubs with white shoes. We're allowed to wear plain white crew neck shirts or turtlenecks under the scrub top if we want. Women have the option of buying either the pant/top scrubs or the skirt/top scrubs. If we wear the skirt bottom, we have to wear white stockings underneath (full stockings - no knee-highs). I can't imagine what I'd do if I had to wear all white, so good luck to those of you who are in that situation!
Purple (grape-colored) top and bottom with the school seal on the sleeve. White lab coat with school seal for formal occasions and psych rotation. All white leather shoes. No jewelry other than one pair of stud earrings and a wedding band, hair pulled back, etc.
Interesting to have purple scrubs for students, must look cool. Also that you are allowed scrubs in psych, as we had to wear business casual for that rotation.

Just found out today that our uniforms are Dove Apparel navy blue scrubs with the school's logo on the top and a white labcoat. I'm so glad that the scrubs aren't white!
