I came across this is little story today, it's not breaking news. I suspect that a member of the housekeeping staff knows something about the bomb threat that required the sweep for weapons.
According to police in Secaucus, the bomb threat — which later was determined to be bogus — was called in to Hudson Regional Hospital on July 18. During a search, bomb detection dogs led investigators to an unlocked office closet containing dozens of firearms.
Among the weapons were 11 handguns and 27 rifles or shotguns, according to police. The closet also contained a .45 caliber semi-automatic rifle with a high-capacity magazine that was determined to be an assault rifle, and a 14-round high-capacity handgun magazine.
The arrested the guy the next day.
What the heck do you think this guy was doing? It sounds very ominous that he was keeping those weapons there.

You can imagine that the threat to Bragg is a coincidence, unrelated to Trump's agitated and inappropriate speech but you can't imagine that Trump would intentionally incite people? Maybe it is unrelated. Odds are that it is Trump related.
After observing how people responded to his impassioned speech on January 6th, Trump apparently thought that it would be a good idea to add an extra bit of violent reference and imagery to his current grievances with Bragg and Smith and Willis. Turn up the heat a little bit.
Do you think that Trump is dumb and can't even consider that he could have had something to do with why those people rioted 010621? He did say that he loved those rioters. Maybe he is that unaware. Maybe he really has no clue.
Or maybe Trump is intentionally trying to inflame people in an effort to obstruct justice. Why else would he mention death and destruction? Was it a warning? Why would he say that? Is it possible that a subset of his fervent believers will now prepare for death and destruction?
I think this the place that I need to indicate that everyone has a right to free speech and that I'm not advocating for speech or thought control. I'd hate to read, again, that I have a problem with free speech.
How easy it is to look past all history of conduct rather than examine the readily available evidence.

The transgirls need to use the boys bathroom and shy students must get parental concent for more privacy...but think about how uncomfortable the governor was while she signed that. Or maybe she'll be uncomfortable every time SHE uses the bathroom. I wonder if she'll be unconditional ever time a trans person is uncomfortable or endangered in a bathroom.
The law requires citizen complaint... you know a bathroom monitor to report the offenders... it's like a dystopian novel... although some of those have been banned by the same conservatives so those kids may never know that.
All women's bathrooms have private stalls, in my 65years never had issue with seeing other persons privates when stall door closed when using loo. My beef is places with only 2 stalls when you have 100+ at a meeting/dinner. In H.S. I was more modest, so didn't shower @ gym, changed clothes in BR stall next to locker room. Way overblown issue.
Your first paragraph brought back the memory of working with Rene Richards who was a pediatric eye surgeon who had transitioned to a man in the 1970's. I started working in her room the the 80's. She obviously used the women's changing room to get into her scrubs. No one gave it more than 10 seconds thought - just no biggie. I realized this is among adults but what's the big deal if a male transitioning to a female has to pee standing up. Bathrooms in schools now have doors. Any feelings I have re: this issue are reserved for the child and it's parents. Other countries have gender neutral bathrooms and I'm sure we will eventually also since it's totally unfair that a man can get in and out of a bathroom quickly while a woman will have to stand in line.
I wonder if there are gig jobs for rally attendees in the surrounding communities? Is that a Craigslist thing? I think it's important for Trump to feel like he can draw a large crowd.
Mr Epps is going to sue Tucker Carlson for lying about his intentions on January 6th. He wasn't helping the FBI, he insists... he was there as a Trump supporter.
