Nursing Students NCLEX

Hi There,

Well I am done with feeling down about not passing NCLEX (again!) and ready to start studying again. Does anyone know of which book to read that has the best amount for content? Also where can I practice the best questions that will help me prepare for NCLEX next time? Thank you :) everyone here always gives the best advice and support!

Saunders is def really good for text books. I prefer using my phone or iPad because of the weight and convenience.

After trying out all the apps in the top 5-10, I settled on NCLEX Mastery to compliment my textbooks. More questions than I know what to do with and they have rationales.

Also, listening to lectures is beneficial. You can usually find them on itunes or amazon

ianursing, I agree about NCLEX Mastery!! I spoke with the creator and WOW the customer service is awesome! Its nice to have an expert just a simple email away :)

Specializes in critical care.

I'll add to the enthusiasm for NCLEX mastery. Just got it maybe a week or two ago and upgraded to the paid version. I realized while doing the quizzes that the questions do not have rationales after incorrect answers. I sent an email to the creator directly from the app and received a response the same day that they will be adding rationale to the quiz questions and they will also be adding more questions and content over time. They WANT our emails. I agree - excellent customer service, and the content that is already on there is thorough and abundant.

A classmate of mine was raving about NCLEX Mastery and got a few others to buy it (including me). So far, its great! I wish I had this the past few years of nursing school as quick practice for nclex questions and critical thinking

I would recommend Hurst over Saunders.

Hurst is great!
