I just got accepted into the FNP MSN-E program at Western University of Health Sciences. Has anyone gone through this program? If so, could you please share what you liked and disliked about the program. Any feedback would be helpful.

How long between getting the email that they received your application and the email/letter that your file is complete and going to admission review? Just wondering how much longer of the torture I must endure.

hi, i applied at the end of october and just recieved notice this past week. I also just got an incomplete notice yesterday and turned in the needed info today. so not sure of the final verdict but I have stomach willies too.

Hey all,

I received an email yesterday afternoon from Western, indicating that I was invited to "Early Acceptance Opportunity Day" in lieu of a formal interview, where I will be able to meet with MSN-E faculty, staff and current students and tour the campus to learn more about the program. According to the email, my attendance "could potentially" move me into the direct admit category. Did anyone else receive this email? This sounds like good news to me, but I don't want to get too excited. What do you guys think?

I think that means that if you actually show up (and don't punch a faculty member in the face or something similarly horrible), you're in :) Congratulations!! Guess if I'm going to Western, it'll be the hard way (no email for me) Congrats and let us know how it goes.

Thanks! I hope you guys are right that it means I got in. I still have 2 prereqs in progress (finishing up next week) and I turned in my application Oct 25th. Good luck to everybody and hopefully they are sending out more of those emails.

Hey everyone. I just received a phone call from Western inviting me to an interview on January 15th. So i didn't get a pre-admission but sure beats a rejection. So, if u get a call from the 909 area code.. pick up! Good luck everyone.
