Published

Hey Future RN's & LPN's,

I haven't seen a group established for us!!! I wish everyone much success on their exam! For me I will be taking it for a 2nd time!! Please leave prayers, advice and words of encouragement to everyone in this group!:heartbeat

Congrats to everyone who passed!!! I take mine next Saturday the 26th, and I can't wait for it to all end! I know I'm going to be so nervous the day before the exam...I plan on not studying the day before b/c I will probably feel overwhelmed. I have been practicing questions since early August from the Kaplan course and Exam Cram, so I'm praying that I pass in 75 questions! Good luck to those who are waiting to take their exams this month!

That will be a lucky day...because my very best friend takes it the same day!!! Soo I will for sure think about you too!!! Good luck.

I just wanted to say "Thank you" to everyone that has been posting all the great tips (books, study guides) for prepping for the NC-LEX!

I went out today & bought the Exam Cram for PN & I have been working on the CD from late this afternoon till just now & I can't believe how much better it is then the NCSB PN program that I paid so much more!

They didn't have the one I wanted so I just got the Practice Questions & I ordered the "Study Guide" edition on line & believe it or not I think I still didn't spend as much as I did on the NCSB PN program & I LOVE THIS ONE so much more!

So, thank you to everyone here & also on the other sections of the forums that posted the name of the book.

I feel so much better now that I did this. It's so easy to use & I'm enjoying it too??

I'm sorry that I already posted a few times on here today but I just wanted to thank everyone for all the positive feedback & how nice everyone is on here.

I'm taking my boards next Monday, Sept. 21st .. My boss has been so good to me that she even gave me the book she used to pass her boards & is letting me have Friday & Monday off so I can study, take the test and not have to work the same day I take it.

I'm hoping my results will post as fast as my friends (one day later) I just looked on our "state" board website & sure enough he passed & he just took his boards on Monday the 14th & his results were available on Tuesday the 15th!

It was so nice to find out that we may not have to wait weeks or days to find out if we passed or failed!

I will be saying prayers for all of us on here as well as my fellow classmates that like me will be taking them this month or in October.

Once again Thank you to all, Congratulations to those that passed this month so far & best of luck to the rest of us that will be taking it soon.

We can do it:)

Stay focused :tinkbll:

Hello everyone! im just new here. Anyway, i just wanted to share to all of you my journey thru the nclex. I'm a foreign grad from the Philippines. I enrolled in a Kaplan course. I took my first nclex last May but failed with 75Q's. I really got sad but thank you to my family coz they've been so supportive and also to Jesus. So I picked myself up and studied again for 4 months. I did Saunders, Exam Cram, Mosby's Flash Cards and Rea Interactive flash cards. So just last Sept 10, i took nclex again and passed with 75Q's!!! i just saw my name yesterday on the CA website. I'm so happy and very thankful to Jesus for this blessing.

I hope and pray to all those taking this test the 2nd time to not give up!You can do this. Always pray and study hard. God bless us all.

Hey all... I took my NCLEX-RN today! :D:yeah::cry::banghead::eek::twocents::yawn::clown: .... so freaking nervous right now. I am lucky though, because I work tomorrow and I work a 12 on Friday (when my quick results) will be available. That should keep me busy enough to not be obsessively checking the computer. Thank you so much for all you encouraging words and advice!!

Callie: Did you do the pearson vue trick? I am assuming you passed and you just want to wait for the quick results to have it confirmed. It feels great to get this behind you doesn't it :)

Ujones: Check the pearson vue trick...you are driving me insane here in trying to figure out if you are a RN already. I am certain you are though ;)

I didn't think the "trick" worked.... haven't tried... mabye I will...
