We all remember as students what it felt like to be totally exhausted. There never seemed to be enough time to get a refreshing sleep. We would grab any opportunity to catch a few winks. I remember going to sleep with my face in a plate of spaghetti. Where have you practically passed out from sheer exhaustion as a student?

Benadryl and a glass of wine... But only on the rare occasion I don't have to get up for work or school. Otherwise, who has time to sleep??

Going to bed earlier than the usual bed time hour and actually sleep! Shut up the ever yapping thoughts that consume the mind :facepalm:

Grabbing a quick half hour nap at the library is great. One way to do this is having a hoodie Over your face with sunglasses on and nap like no ones looking. :sleep:

Any textbook on Nursing Theory is a guaranteed snore fest. Better than anything over the counter. But when you wake up with your face in that chapter on Martha Rogers' Science of Unitary Human Beings you'll be disappointed to discover that osmosis doesn't work that way.
