Also, you do not need dress blues (Class A's) for OBLC. you graduate/ do everything in your ACU's.May I suggest, if you haven't already getting a copy of the Army Officers Handbook (the new edition 51st) comes out next month---author is LTC Keith Bonn (Ret.)
itsova9000 16 Posts Dec 11, 2008 Also, you do not need dress blues (Class A's) for OBLC. you graduate/ do everything in your ACU's.Having completed OBLC one week ago, you do not "need" dress blues, but you will need them for inspection. Blues were required for active duty personnel. Class A's were required for reserve/guard inspection. As you can see in the flickr album our graduation was in ACUs. A $600 clothing allowance will be offered during in-processing to help pay for your blues.

I had lost my faith in the whole commissioning process because its taken me so long (still going too..hoping for January now)..but now, WOW!!! I cant wait!!!!
