Wait time for results in CA

Just a question. Anybody who took the NCLEX in CA, what was your average wait time for your results? Did you all check the CA BON everyday? Or wait for something in the mail? If you did either of those things how long was your wait...just curious. I just took my NCLEX last Monday the 9/29 and still waiting, I know it's still kinda soon to expect anything, but if anybody could just give me some insight into your experience, I'd appreciate it. My friend took it on the 29th too and she's still waiting. It was her second time taking it and it turned off at 75. I hope you both hear soon!

took the exam last sept 18 and seen my name on the computer sept 23.goodluck.

Assuming your file is complete, why does it take as little as 2-3 days for some people and up to 10 days for others to see it online?

Hi gwafuh.. what site did you looked your result? is it at CA BON? And did you submit a SSN already? Because I haven't submitted mine yet. thanks

took my nclex-rn last sept. 19 but no news til now..am expecting to receive the results by mail anytime soon..i've got ss# and yet still got no info from CA BRN's web ( been checking it everyday!)..anyway,i'm hoping for positive results since i learned from the previous threads that there were people who got their passing results via snail mail before they even saw their names appear on the CA BRN's web:wink2::redpinkhe

Hi leam since you have your SSN, when are you planning to tell them about it? DO you need to see if you pass first before you give your SSN for you to get the hardcopy license? Ty

That was very lucky for you!!!! Congrats! From what I've seen on here some people find out in as little as 48 hours while some 2 weeks. If two weeks goes by and nothing.........:banghead::banghead:

What do mean file complete? I thought your file had to be complete in order to take the exam?? The file with the BRN I'm assuming.....please enlighten me, thank you

Ca will allow people to sit the exam even if the file is not complete, however they will not release your results without it being complete

If you haven't given them your SSN yet then you will not see your name on the BRN website
