Villanova spring 2019 applicant

I submitted my application in November and still have not heard anything back, has anyone recently applied and interviewed for Villanova Nurse Anesthesia Program? My status still says under review and all of my materials have been submitted. Maybe now that the holiday is over they contact me. Just looking for other applicant/SRNAs and their experience.

Hey Lzbrn20!

I submitted for the 2018 fall class. Is the option for 2019 open? I haven't heard anything, though. I submitted my applicaItion on the 20th of Dec. I honestly goofed and forgot to send my licenses and I'm pretty sure I sent my certs but my application status said not found. I'll be calling tomorrow to confirm.

Hi everyone! I am trying to go in and fill out an application for Spring 2019's DNP Nurse Anesthesia program at Villanova, but I only see Fall 2018 as an option as well. Is this the application everyone filled out?

I am also trying to upload my CCRN certificate, BLS, PALS, and ACLS, but the application only lets me upload one file. Has anyone had success with this?

I got that problem too. The Fall 2018 was still open for me so I submitted everything to them. I had to email [email protected]

Hey guys I submitted my app under the 2018 link, but I was told at the open house in oct of 2016 that the Fall 2018 class was already full and they were working on spring 2019 DNP. they accept on rolling admission. but again its been over 2 months and still no word. My application status says " under review" but its been like over a month.

Thought I'd chime in---

The admissions office (really the entire home-base of the program) just did a major office move from one town to another. They're a bit behind the 8-ball in terms of paperwork, but I think they're all settled in now so hopefully you guys will start hearing back soon!

(Also, I tried to post this a week ago and just checked back, but I apparently posted this comment in a completely unrelated forum. Haha whoops, that's what you get for posting in the middle of the night)

I am a current Nova student and personally asked our director about the interview delay as one of my former coworkers was concerned about his application status. My advice to applicants, hold tight and be patient. In addition to this move, the curriculum is being completely reformatted with the transition from MSN to DNP. In my opinion, it will be well worth the wait. Not only is our program strong didactically, the Villanova SRNAs have an excellent clinical reputation. GO WILDCATS!

I just interviewed yesterday for the Jan 2019 cohort. They said we'd hear within 1-2 weeks. I'm curious if anyone else interviewed/got accepted so far?

How were you notified of your interview? And did the status of your application change online when you were offered an interview? Mine currently says 'under review'. Thanks!
