Do you have any idea about any of the apartments or anything yet? I know you have posted in the spring class page too with questions so I didn't know if you had been talking much to any of them. I have looked at the parks at cedar lawn and chataeu lafitte, but I still can only do so much online and I don't really know too much. I wish this fb page would hurry and get made so this would all be so much easier. Hope the holidays were great!

Hey! No, I had been asking around, but I think I will stay where I am for now (Dickinson). I drive to Galveston everyday right now for work, so I figured I would continue to do so and see how it works until my lease is up at least. I agree! Once we get the FB page I feel it will be much easier to decide! Thanks so much! You too!

Hey! So I just called admissions and spoke with one of the representatives (cannot remember who exactly), but I basically just mentioned it had been 12 weeks since the application date and I was following up like instructions had told us to do and confirmed they received everything. I received my invitation for an interview about an hour after the phone call from Irma. Not sure if that was coincidence or not, but I strongly believe persistence is key! I would follow up and just let them know you just want to make sure there is nothing else that needs to be done. It will look good on your part! :) good luck!

I also applied onthe actual deadline date, and HAVE NOT received a call for my interview yet. I have spoke with the School of Nursing Admissions staff numerous times, and they keep guaranteeing me that they will still be doing interviews possibly into May 2016.

The problem with this however, is if they do not have any more openings, you will not be "rolled over" to the Fall. I was instructed to re-submit another NURSINGCAS application by the fall 2016 deadline which is January 15, 2016 as a precaution.

My science GPA is 3.75, TEAS score 83, HESI score 80.

This is a little discouraging, because of the cost involved with applying twice and I have to make some decisions for the Spring 2016 semester ASAP. Hopefully I will be joining the rest of you in 2016!

Me too. I am going to start going through each one this week. I noticed she has the Facebook page listed as UTMB SON class of spring 2017. I'm assuming it's summer. It doesn't look like it has been created yet.

I believe that is for students graduating in 2017! My friend is in that facebook group and she just started school Monday! So im sure theyll make the FB group soon! Still havent heard back but I will be calling tomorrow to check on the status of my application!

Hey so do you or your friend have any helpful advice for places to rent down there? I will be making a few trips to scope things out, but I'm all the way up in Dallas and there is only ao much the internet can tell me about a property. Haha. Good luck though! Im sure you will hear something soon!

I have been doing all research online as well! My friend lives in Pasadena and commutes to school everyday. If I get in then we will hopefully find a place later! Ill let you know how our search goes.

I'm also looking for a place to stay while in Nursing school. I Can't wait for the FB page so I can narrow my choices. Also, If anyone is interested in becoming roommates let me know since that would work even better for me. I stay in Houston and don't want to drive everyday to school like that.

I live in Houston so I have been traveling back and forth to go check out apartments and condos. The only trouble that I have been having is finding apartments that are going to be available at the end of April or early May before school starts. It would be nice to have the FB page up so that it could be easier to find a place or a roommate.

The only trouble that I have been having is trying to find apartments that are available at the end of April or early May before school starts. I wish that the FB page was up for our class so that it could be easier for all of us to find a place or a roommate. I suggest those who are looking for a place to live is to look now and put your name on the waiting list.
