UTMB Spring 2015 Applicants

Hey Y'all,

I read through the whole UTMB Fall 2014 thread and thought I'd start the next semesters thread (because I couldn't find one). I know the application doesn't close until May 31st, but thought it would be helpful to start this now.

My log-in and password officially do not work which I assume means that they've finally withdrawn me from their program. Hopefully someone gets an acceptance soon!

No, I was accepted but I'm going to UTHSC and they jusy now deactivated my account which means a spot should open soon.

I also received this email, I wonder how many other people did as well? I will have to take microbiology in the spring because my college schedule is all over the place. If I were accepted for spring, I would have to turn it down anyway. I am rolling my application for summer 2015. Waiting to hear back from UTMB about it right now, actually. I asked what my chances are for summer acceptance if I roll it and they said they would get back to me Monday :)

I rolled my application to summer 2015. They said I might hear back in 3-4 weeks. Today marks 3 weeks of waiting. I heard that they may start sending out acceptance letters before Thanksgiving.

To those who rolled their application, does your mystar have a section for summer 2015 or only shows spring?

Just wanted to update you guys. I just received a call today at 10:45AM from admissions informing me of my status change. I am now off the wait list and accepted to the school. However, I will be declining as I've accepted UTHSC's offer instead. Just relaying the information to give you guys hope and to remain patient!!! Yall should be getting calls soon too.

I just got an email for an interview in the summer, did anyone else? I'm on the priority waitlist for Spring so I'm still hoping I can start in January

I called and they told me they sent the priority wait list email to 35 people and they also said that you would not have to interview again if you are being rolled to the summer. This is so annoying. The wait is making me crazy
