Hello!!! Just checking, have people been accepted yet?

Just got an update email from tx wes saying they haven’t gotten to my application yet, but I should hear back in 3-4 weeks. That’s a long time ?

It was definitely nerve wracking! I for one definitely felt like I psyched myself out and in retrospect, it was actually not bad! Some advice I would give is to be yourself, you can take a minute to answer questions - they ask broad questions so that you can elaborate on your experiences, so definitely have a couple scenarios in mind to share that highlight your strengths. It’s intimidating for sure, but you know what you’re getting yourself into, you’ve been preparing for this!!! Leave your nerves at the door and steer the interview how you want it to go. Hi! I would really recommend calling the admissions office to double check, they’re pretty quick to get back to you with these types of questions. I had the same question for Baylor, they told me my PALS needed to be in before the deadline for all supplemental paperwork, but TWU may be different!

Hey. I was told by a friend that they tell you black and white to be safe but you'll only wear it when you go to clinicals and since it's offsite, the people there are not particular about what colors you wear.

Hello everyone!!! Yesterday night, I was checking my mystar as I regularly do, and SOMETHING WAS DIFFERENT! Yes, the circle turned into a check with the accept/deny button next to it! I was really surprised to find out this way because everyone else's check mark was accompanied by an acceptance email/letter and it was usually in the morning, but I hadn't received one... yet anyway. So of course I press accept and pay the deposit, after which I returned to mystar and there was that circle again At this point, I was really confused and stressed out once again. I called this morning and I think the person I was taking to also seemed confused about me not receiving the acceptance letter yet, but they said not to worry and reassured me that I am IN! Good luck to everyone that are still waiting! Don't lose hope!!!

I did not, but I am working on applying to other schools. When I emailed them about my status, they said I'll find out sometime soon, like within this month. So we'll see!

Yay! Good luck! I just checked mine... nothing yet, although, I did have my interview in December.
