UTMB Fall 2017

Hi everyone!

I cannot believe it's actually time for me to apply to nursing school. It seems like I've been working on my pre-reqs forever now and it's finally here. I didn't see any utmb 2017 fall hopefuls yet so I thought I'd create a thread. I'm having one heck of a time with the application process. I'm taking my teas next Wednesday and submitting my application after that. Has anyone sent in their transcripts through nursingCAS yet? Anyone have any pre-reqs they still need to complete? I have one last semester to finish. Good luck to everyone applying this semester!

I haven't received any more info regarding the interview. Mrs botello just told me I'd be receiving more info via email "soon".

Did anyone who received the email about being considered for summer admission instead of fall receive the email about interviews? If so, did your email state that you were being considered/interviewed for summer admission or fall admission?

I just got the interview email about an hour ago so hopefully you'll be getting yours soon!!

I called today and Mrs. Botello told me they were sending emails this afternoon. I received one but it said Fall 2017. Also, when I called she said most likely we would be put on the waitlist but still be considered for Fall!

Ehhh, not really. Unless you consider 5 days before the deadline early.

Yeah not automatic admissions, just an interview! I'm sure they will be sending more out soon.
