  1. Anyone heard from TMC or memorial city?
  2. Yes, you are considered undergrad. 22,000 ish per semester for the 3 semesters.
  3. I also applied late last year. I got an email within about a week. If you meet the minimum qualifications they should bring you in for an interview. I interviewed one of the very last days available and was accepted the following day.
  4. First package is larger. The second book package is released toward the end of the summer and is just a few more books. There are only 2 book purchases. Also, people will sell their scrubs towards the end of the year. No reason to buy new scrubs (i would have a minimum of 2 sets, but reccomend 3).
  5. I like having physical text books but honestly.... just get the online package. Rent from amazon if you really wsnt a book in your hands. You will try your hardest to read the book in your first two classes. There are not enough hours in the day. Skim and pay attention in lecture. End of sept/beginning of oct is really difficult. Dont schedule anything important. And most of all rely on your classmates. Find people with your work ethic to divide up work and it becomes so much more bearable. Good luck!
  6. Some people found out early april and some as late as the first few days of may. Tuition was due may 10th. I wouldnt be too concerned as long as you keep up with your application and make sure it was filled out properly. Endalk Tulu is in charge odfnursing school aid. Hes awesome and very helpful 214-820-4143.
  7. Congrats yall! I'm a current FB student and they will send you more information as you get closer to when you start about places to live/roommate locators. Baylor is very close to the Deep Ellum, Farmer's Market, and Knox/Henderson Neighborhoods. Uptown is also close but is very pricy. The cheapest apartments will require a bit of a drive (like addison) or for you to live near a DART rail. I used an apartment locator (it was free, you just tell them what you're looking for and in what time frame) Apartments In The Dallas Area | Free Apartment Locator. Good luck to you guys!
  8. Currently 7 weeks into the FastBacc program here at Baylor! I'm sure the traditional is a bit more lax and spread out, but just be sure to stay up on your assignments and if you look into medical terminology before you come, that will help you be a step ahead. Good luck and congrats on your acceptances!
  9. Yall I got an interview request although I left a voicemail a few weeks ago withdrawing my Application because I start at Baylor on Monday. I called and let them know so hopefully that will open up a slot for someone else to get interviewed! Good luck!
  10. I just called and pulled my application out since i've now fully committed to Baylor and am moving in 2.5 weeks for orientation. Can't hold out for an interview invitation any longer! Good luck to y'all and congrats on those accepted!
  11. Baylor's Fastbacc Program. its 12 months in Dallas for 2nd degree students. The orientation is May 4th, Tuition due on the 10th and classes start the 15th so everything is coming up way too quick!
  12. Thanks! Looks like you and hopefully anyone else who interviewed already should be good to go!! I guess I should just be thankful I got in somewhere lol
  13. I would love to go to UTMB but i haven't heard anything and have an offer to start a program in May.... So I have to pull out my application if I dont hear anything this week 84 TEAS and 3.44 Prerequisite GPA.
  14. Did she have any indication of when? I feel like compared to past years this is really late..
  15. Nah not yet. I think only first round have gone out. Maybe 2nd round next week
