elliebell sorry for the delay, the semester is busy :) yes you get several breaks, so i would encourage you to go to italy!!!! we actually had two weeks off between summer and fall. you also get the standard thanksgiving break, christmas and spring break too. acutally for christmas i had nearly a month off because i was done with my clinicals early, just depends on what your schedule allows.

That sounds great. So we actually can schedule vacations like normal people? That is wonderful! I was afraid it would be a lot rougher. I'm sure we have homework over breaks, though, right, like reading assignments?

anyone sign up for their classes? any word on the appropriate dress for orientation?

Not yet, as I have to get final grades for this semester before I can register. I believe I will register while I am at the school for orientation. I'd like to know what to wear too. Hopefully, comfortable. I have to go straight to the airport after and fly for 10 hours for my vacation to the UK. Yay! I'm really looking forward to that!

Yep you get breaks like normal people. You don't have assigned readings but you can get started reading early if you want. Personally, I usually enjoyed my break :)
