  2. no idea im just having my mom drop me off because i live down the street, I'm anxious!
  3. cool are there more of you? are u in the fb group?
  4. ya I think we had one, what date did you interview?
  5. they'll feed us or we'll all be falling over lol I wonder how many guys are in the program too
  6. I think one of the current students in the bacc2 program said we would start clinicals in July but I could be wrong and clinicals sound to me to be like 12 hour shifts, twice a week..but then again I could be wrong there, who knows. I can't imagine what all we're gonna be doing from 9-4 at orientation but I'm anxious to see/ meet everyone and who all got in from the people I remember interviewing with. I'm also curious to see all the different ages of people
  7. I got my undergrad at U of H In psychology. I've held numerous jobs since graduating and originally thought I wanted to do dental hygiene but after talking to my own dental hygieniest and comparing it to nursing and how monotonous it would be and how many different opportunities nursing offers, I decided to go for that.. I didn't think I'd get into the bacc2 the first time around either and I feel very lucky that I did! I can't believe how fast hte program is. I am scared too, wiht not knowing w hat to expect and not sure what I can stomach but I'm sure I'll get through it.
  8. yes I registered. tuition ended up being a little over 4000 if i remember correctly for the summer classes..Where did you get your undergrad from? What made you decide to do nursing?
  9. I'm working at a law firm , my last day is next tuesday. Your not giving yourself much time to relax! I tried to save as much money as I could to help me out when I'm without a job in school. I'm looking forward to not working though.
  10. Ya I was going to do the same, some black pants, a top and some comfy shoes. I wish they had given us a little outline of the orientation so we knew what to expect. I'm anxious to start and get all my last minute things together. What are you doing right now , are you in school or working or just taking it easy before this starts?
  11. I certainly haven't gotten books or started reading. I'm planning on relaxing til this starts because I know once it starts , it's going to be pretty insane! I agree that the school is really pushing it by waiting til so late to let us know about scholarship info. And I'm also wondering what you are all wearing to orientation??
  12. don't feel bad, I think we're all in the same boat. I applied for a scholarship as well and haven't heard anything back. I haven't got anything in terms of scrubs or anything and I am going to wait til the week right before school starts to do so just to make sure I get the right stuff...let me know when you get your scholarship info, i'll do the same so we know when to expect it..
  13. whats the deal with the orange name plates? when/how do we order those?
