So I decided to change my plans from ADN to BSN and I didnt realize I am almost done in my prerequisites in UTA nursing.
I have everything done this Summer except intro to nursing and technical writing which I plan to take during Fall 2014 semester.
I will go to UTA campus for the first time and see an advisor to talk about everything I needed to know and do.
Is it possible for me to get a January spot because by December I am all finished in all nursing pre requisites? My science gpa is 3.75 but I dont know my overall yet till I see and advisor. No considerations and not patnered either.
Congratulations - I'm in too! Yay! So many questions - what I really want to know is where and what days my clinicals will be. I currently have a really good part time job (with benefits - in a totally different industry) that I would like to keep. I have a set schedule and am hoping that clinicals will fall around my work schedule. Fingers crossed.
I received an e-mail today saying that I have been placed on the waiting list. I only applied to the off-campus program, due to work. I have one consideration (previous degree), 88% overall on the HESI (96% MATH), and an overall 3.5 GPA. This was my first time applying to the program. I'm just going to stay positive and hope that I receive an e-mail saying that I have been accepted.
@trailblazinmav Im in the same boat as you.I got in on campus bsn and waitlisted for online program. To answer your question earlier they finish at different time AP is 18 month and on campus is 24
I got in!!!!!! I was accepted to the campus based program and waitlisted for the ap online program. Congrats to all who got accepted, and those who are waitlisted, don't give up hope!
I got accepted for the APBSN Program :) I'm partnered with HCA through Plaza Medical Center. Congrats to those who got in and don't lose hope tho those who got wait listed. Anyone here who's also partnered with HCA?

Just curious - those of you that are partnered, what jobs do you currently have? I am moving to the medical world from high tech - very different but a very much desired change.
